1. Service Description

YvorAIO is a subscription-based desktop automation application ("the App"). Access to the App requires an active monthly subscription. By subscribing, you receive access to the desktop application and, where applicable, a private Discord community.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use YvorAIO. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

YvorAIO operates on a monthly recurring subscription. By subscribing:

• You authorise us to charge your payment method monthly.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• All payments are processed securely by Stripe. YvorAIO does not store your payment information.
• Prices are displayed in EUR and may be subject to applicable taxes.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Upon cancellation:

• Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
• No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.
• Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances. Contact us at [email protected].

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use YvorAIO to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property or rights of third parties.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the application.
• Share, resell, or transfer your account credentials to others.
• Circumvent any technical limitations or security measures.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.

6. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

Your account is for single-device use only. Concurrent sessions on multiple devices are not permitted.

7. Intellectual Property

YvorAIO and all associated software, branding, and content are the exclusive property of YvorAIO. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

YvorAIO is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation of the service. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or lost profits arising from your use of the App.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YvorAIO's total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the App and Discord community will be revoked immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
